Expansion of Denmark's ATP (Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension) supplementary pension and introduction of efterløn voluntary early- retirement scheme (1979) for workers aged 60-66 with ~30 years of unemployment-insurance membership. Efterløn became one of the most durable Danish welfare-state features, taking up 5-6% of labour force at peak.
