The National Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2022 established a standing federal integrity commission with powers to investigate serious or systemic corrupt conduct involving Commonwealth public officials, ministers, parliamentarians, contractors, and other affected persons. The Commission began operations on 1 July 2023.
