NCRI/MEK press conference 14 August 2002 revealed undeclared Natanz uranium-enrichment facility and Arak heavy-water reactor site. Triggered IAEA Board of Governors resolutions September 2003 (compliance demand) and November 2003 (Additional Protocol signing). Marked the start of the Iran nuclear-negotiations cycle.
